The protocol droid assisting me in my passage through Star Wars Galaxy's Edge said the cranes in distance were the Jawas building an encampment. The droid explained further that it is called "Monsters-inc land. Or Monstropolis."

Current brick work at the theater in Monstropolis. All bricks to be painted soon in the style or theme of Monsters Inc.
