Show every monthThe Backlot Club page in the UOR app has a menu at top right. Select it, and My Legend is available. Select My Legend, and rewards you have available or have already redeemed are listed. Wait until in store, wait until Team Member instructs, before selecting "Pick Up In Store"!
After you claim the Backlot Club tower, navigate in the UOR App to the HHN row of display cards. End of the row is: Interactive Haunts. Select it. At top now is a popup indicating you have a new reward. Select and there's instructions on redeeming the paper card.

New location for the Backlot Club tower each week. Locate in the UOR online map. Filter for Experiences, and look for the icon. In order to pick up the weekly paper collector card you need to first claim the tower with the Club card in your mobile device wallet. Then visit shop.
