The protocol droid assisting me in my passage through Star Wars Galaxy's Edge said the cranes in distance were the Jawas building an encampment. The droid explained further that it is called "Monsters-inc land. Or Monstropolis."

Epic Universe fireworks mortars ready for launch on July 4. The Team had removed black plastic minutes before. 2nd photo, same location in the morning. At end of the paved part of the launch site. Shells were prepared the day before.
July 4 fireworks have more shells than the nightly Celestial Goodnight show. This is a collection of mortars staged at the farthest end of the launch site. They were prepared day before and covered in black plastic. The Team removed the black plastic prior to the show.
Seems like these Minions are getting fenced-in for a refurbishment.

A look at some of the recently added spotlights on Celestial Park light fixtures. These are part of the new nightly Epic Universe fireworks show: Celestial Goodnight.
Billboard replacement near the exit of Universal Studios Florida. Way back it was an electronic sign. More recently marketing panels had been custom attached over the sign. This is likely changing to have same attachments for panels as the other billboards in this area.
Track in development that returns to the Fast & Furious Hollywood Drift station. In second photo the lower level track is launch from the station. Foam currently protecting the propulsion fins.
