Spotlights in development on top of the First Aid building in Epic Universe. (Next to the Wizarding World portal.) Spotlights have also been seen from aerial photos in progress on top of the Stardust Racers area restrooms building. (Building not visible from my hotel room.)
Spotlights are being added to the roof of Helios Grand Hotel. Similar to the spotlights at Constellation Carousel, and on four roof tops in Epic Universe.

Seems like rays of light from Constellation Carousel debuted last night in the nightly show. Very bright changing colors for the whole show. 3rd photo the night before. Verified in video that only the short blue segment was seen then ... about same for the past year.
