Canals in the CityWalk water system are regularly refreshed with dye. Usually not very noticeable. However, overcast ambient light from today's rain caused the fresh color to stand out.

Unusual flooding at the Universal Studios Florida exit. Park flooding generally is single clogged drain. Here, three large puddles, gradually merging. Drainage in this area clogged elsewhere. Guests directed to exit opposite side. Most recently used as Mardi Gras parade exit.
Seems odd that Epic Universe soft opened almost a year ago and it's still being marketed in CityWalk and ticketing with concept video.
