July 4th Evening Celebration now has a 9pm time. Seems now to indicate only the regular closing show with special fireworks, and a suggested location for the fireworks views.
A July 4th Evening Celebration is starting to appear in the Universal app. Might be similar to Music Plaza, with characters. Hemisphere Stage is also adjacent to Constellation Plaza.
