Kirkman Rd sidewalk, North of the Helios Grand Hotel entrance, is still in development. Construction team seen working today in one of the tunnels that eliminate crosswalks.

There are often areas in construction where work is finished, but incomplete. These issues go into a so-called punch list. Amusing to see this incompletely painted area at the raised traffic circle near Epic Universe. The traffic circle concrete was painted in Feb. Except here!
