Seems like these flagpoles will be removed soon in CityWalk. Seems like there is site prep in progress here for the attraction that will replace Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit.
Aerial look at a construction staging area near Epic Universe. An interesting rectangular shape. Way back 1990's there were similar shapes near Universal Studios Florida. Parking garages added to them, and the park's flat parking replaced with IOA, CityWalk, and Hard Rock Hotel.
