There are two Presidential Suites at Helios Grand Hotel. At ends of the top lodging floor, the Club Level. They are mirror images of each other. I stayed in the suite near Ministry of Magic.

Doors closed at the Dark Universe portal until about 15 minutes before Epic Universe opening time. Resort guests with early entry calmly entered to line up for Monsters Unchained. Followed soon by all other guests from rope drops near front of the park.
