This seems like a joke put into the design of the Kirkman Rd sidewalk. The only such High Voltage sign, comically tall and angled, and pairs with the electrically energized Frankenstein Manor.

A nebula graphic seen in the 3 Epic Universe area Universal marquee. This nebula was the original graphic seen in loop by itself when the marquee debuted in the Universal Studios Florida area. Turns out this nebula was representing Celestial Park all along!
