Guests can scan their own admission media at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure Media self-scanner where finger reader was. Team Member can scan instead. There's been occasional testing of self-scan. Face recognition follows either admission media scan.

Latest addition to Minion Land is an Illumination sign and additional characters to the background wall. There is irony of the word Illumination in dark letters. The letters do have lighting, but very dim compared to sunlight. Only the MIN ION letters are lit here.
