New style event kitchens are being staged in Universal Studios Florida for Mardi Gras. Fully-enclosed, with roof ventilation. In recent event seasons the kitchens have been tents with facades.

There's been repaving of Pacifica Way this week. Coned off one lane each side, while traffic continued the other lanes. This may be the last work. The road between Royal Pacific and Sapphire Falls.
